The Fertile Farm
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
In celebration of Mayternity 2021 I made a short game called "The Fertile Farm". It is inspired mostly by Stardew Valley but features some things from various other pregnancy focused games. It has gone though some bug testing but there still may be some bugs in it. If there is game breaking ones, I'll look into putting in an update.

Just download the game and unpack it with 7zip.
So what does the encumberance stat mean and what's with the symbol next to the ladder you use to get to higher ground? All she says is that it feels chilly
If you give food to Clara she will get nutrition and the babies grow much larger. So I believe how you're suppose to be playing is having Clara eating what comes to be a breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the side effect is having too large of a belly. Very rough estimate, but it's 50 nutrition per belly size. Once Clara has a large pregnancy she will be encumbered. So consuming some higher tier food such as the watermelon tea or others will resist that and let you keep running instead of forcing you to walk.
You can just turn it off at Clara's dresser in her room and not worry about it which is my suggestion. Unfortunately there isn't enough variations in the game to force you to eat those foods or have an issue with it really. Just a neat little game.
I think you mean the circle symbol thing. If I recall correctly it has to do with a secret once you climb that ladder or get to climb the ladder. It also has to do with either the day of the week and/or the cave below.
What are the symbols near the big tree to the right?
There is a secret there that you can reveal. It's been a while but it has to do with the day of the week and/or the cave down below.
So what is the encumbrance detail? Does it determine how much nutrition you can have until you're stuck in bed? Because my max encumbrance is over 400 and yet I get stuck in bed after hitting 300 nutrition

Crafted the stone pickaxe, can't mine anything... energy use is kinda high
You need to equip the tool you want to use in the equip menu I do believe. Energy use is acceptable considering you can just sleep whenever you need. The second thing is you can consume food by simply eating your crop or making better food in the kitchen. This will provide you extra energy for the day and a side benefit of nutrition for the core of the game. Also, just by doing stuff you should have seen your maximum energy goes up.
I tried to play it but as soon as I start a new game, it closes. Anyone know why?
How do you become Hyperpregnat when you've given birth to 2 babies?
I can't seem to be able to plant pumpkins in the fields... Do I need to unlock a different field for those? (currently only have the first two available)
Edit: yes you do, apparently. Would be nice to learn about such things somewhere beforehand as this type of thing really looks like a bug or poor programming until you find out how it's done :)
how to open the lock door
if you mean the locked door in the nursery then interact with the clock. it will give you the debug key and you can enter the locked room, it contains some neat stuff if you need it!

If you didn't find it already, to the right of your room you start in there is a bag of money you can get each day to help you and a ledger so you can purchase seeds, recipes, coal, etc...

Upgrade the ledger(the one that costs 250), and the recipe for a bridge kit unlocks.
Should prob mention the optional blueberry stuff under features, so those looking for that stuff knows this has it.
How do I find honey and mushrooms?
mushrooms are in the cave on the other side of the river bridge. and honey needs bees(costs 300), up on the right side of the map.

It only last for the day, once you sleep its gone. It works itself. You can go AFK and in about an hour you'll be full size. That's my guesstimation. Enjoy
